Save your video clips as files (in .avi format) using Windows Movie Maker™ or similar software (see "Saving Video Files" for instructions).

Next; "download or open" and "print out" our "Remote Coach Request Form".
Complete the form providing the following information:
- Your name, e-mail address, postal address, and telephone contact number. (And "SKYPE" address, if you have one).
- Which skills you have provided vision of and require virtual coaching assistance with; plus some "specific" comments about the nature of the help you require (See form for details)
Next; e-mail us your "Remote Coach Request Form" to "info@shootnhoops.com".
- Note: If you are e-mailing your "remote coach request form", DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS as it is not secure to do so! Upon receipt of your email we will telephone you and request your credit card details and your authorisation to debit your card for your Remote Coaching Services (see "Prices & Payment Method")
Uploading Your Files
Next; after receiving your email we will send you a return email with:
1.
a link to our on-line account,
2.
your personal password to access our "drop-box", and
3.
simple, easy to follow instructions for "uploading" your "video files" into our "drop-box"; and for "downloading" your "lesson files" and "veiwer software" out of our "drop-box" when they are ready (it's very easy to use and just like an on-line mail box).
Next; using Windows Internet Explorer® and an active internet connection, go on-line to the website www.yousendit.com and follow our instructions to upload your video files (or folder of video files).
Note: It is possible to upload files (or folders of files) as large as to 2GB. Depending upon how many video files you are sending us, it can sometimes take several hours to upload your video files. Often it is not a problem to have your computer uploading files during the day, however if you require your computer for several other functions during the day, you "may" wish to commence your upload in the evening and let your files upload whilst you are sleeping and are not using your computer or your internet connection for anything else. Thanks to this "file transfer" process is a very simple and user friendly process and requires no special computer skills or experience other than the simple instructions we provide.
Option2: Mailing us your “Video Files” on CD
Save your video clips as files (in .avi format) using Windows Movie Maker™ or similar software (see "Saving Video Files" for instructions) then copy i.e. "burn" the files on a CD, CD-R, or DVD.
Using a CD marker pen write on the front of the CD; "your name" and the "skills" you are sending us vision of for analysis.
Remote Coach Payment Authority
Next; "download or open" and "print out" our "Remote Coach Request Form".
Complete the form providing the following information:
- Your contact details
- Which skills you have provided vision of and require virtual coaching assistance with; plus some "specific" comments about the nature of the help you require (See form for details)
- Your credit card details; and authorisation for Shoot'n Hoops to debit your card for Virtual Coaching Services (see "Prices & Payment Method")
Then; insert your completed "Virtual Coach Request Form" into the CD Mailer Envelope with your CD and post to:

Option 3: Mailing us your original footage (unedited) on mini DV cassette.
Using the stick-on labels which come with your mini DV cassette, clearly label your cassette (or plastic protective cassette case) with "your name" and the "skills" you are sending us vision of for analysis.
Mail us your video footage (unedited) on the mini DV cassette along with your completed "Remote Coach Request Form".
To protect the cassette from damage during postage; send it in it's plastic protective cassette case inside an appropriate post pack.
*Note: An additional charge for "editing" may apply in some instances depending on time required. See "Filming your skills" for hints on how to record only "useful" and "appropriate" footage for analysis and avoid any additional "editing" charges! If we feel that an additional editing charge is warranted we will contact you for approval before continuing or before debiting your credit card.
